Vastint Poland signed two lease agreements for office space at Business Garden Poznań. The tenant group was joined by GSK, the major global pharmaceutical firm, which leased more than 2,000 m2 of space for Business Service Centre GSK IT. In addition, the existing tenant Bank Zachodni WBK extended its lease by extra 770 m2 of office space.
“Once again the significant position of the project on the office space map of Poznań was confirmed. The scale of the project and standard of the office space create ideal conditions supporting business processes and development of operating centers of companies representing BPO, SSC and IT sectors,” says Magdalena Makuch, Leasing Manager of Vastint Poland.
Business Garden is located at the intersection of Marcelińska, Kolorowa and Bułgarska Streets in Marcelin. Ultimately, it will comprise nine buildings with the planned total area exceeding 80,000 m2. The first phase of the project supplied to the market comprises 42,000 m2 of modern office space in four buildings. The surroundings include a large garden with working and relaxation zones with basketball and volleyball playgrounds, chessboards and boules playground. The complex ensures comfortable access to the city infrastructure and a number of amenities and services for tenants. The project incorporates many solutions intended to reduce energy and water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and quantities of waste, which was confirmed by the LEED Platinum certificate being awarded to the existing buildings.
