Bank Zachodni WBK has renegotiated its lease agreement in Business Garden Poznań and expanded its office space to 14,750 m2, now being the largest tenant in the complex.
“We are using the new space to launch the Agile project, which provides our customers with products that they can use and recommend to others. Agile is based on close cooperation within multidisciplinary teams making common decisions, flexibility and transparency. It also provides a space to experiment towards achieving a goal”, says Paweł Dziedzina, Director of the Work Environment Management Department in BZ WBK.
Business Garden Poznań, located in the Grunwald district of Poznań, combines the functions of a modern office with access to services, recreation and relaxation. The complex consists of nine buildings with total area of 88,000 m2. It holds the LEED certificate, proving the pro-ecological character of the complex. The interiors are both functional and aesthetic, satisfying even the most demanding customers. Just like all of Vastint Poland’s Business Garden parks, the one in Poznań offers tenants an extensive garden. The office complex is situated only few minutes by car from the city centre and Poznań-Ławica airport.
