Vastint extends lease agreements and attracts new tenants at Business Garden Poznan

Vastint Poland announces the extension of lease agreements with existing tenants and the acquisition of two new companies at the Business Garden Poznań complex. The total leased area covered by the extended and new agreements amounts to 10,793 m².

All companies whose five-year lease agreements expired last year have chosen to continue their cooperation. Among them are renowned brands such as GSK, Hochtief, Unum, Hochland, and Wavin. Additionally, Business Garden Poznań has welcomed two new tenants. The law firm DSK has leased 905 m², enhancing the complex with legal services, while Viseven, an innovative IT company, has leased 352 m² of flexible space under the Ready Flex offering, highlighting the complex’s appeal to rapidly growing industries.
