Building permit for Business Garden Vilnius obtained

Vastint Lithuania has received the building permit for the first stage of Business Garden Vilnius delivering two office buildings with 40,000 m² leasable area. Currently the construction tender has entered its final stage and it’s expected to start the construction works at the beginning of June.

Business Garden Vilnius is an innovative office complex concept where clever architecture and ergonomic technology come together to create comfortable, eco-friendly workspaces.

This unique approach focuses on sustainable construction and energy-saving facilities, significantly lowering the maintenance costs. The project strives to meet the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification requirements.

The project has a unique position both near the historical center whilst enjoying a prime location at one of Vilnius’s main artery road junctions with easy access to the city’s airport.

In total two stages of Business Garden Vilnius will consist of four office buildings offering 60,000 m² of modern office and retail space. Around the office campus a well-developed recreation zone and park area for community activities and tenants’ comfort will be created.
