Business Garden Vilnius first building celebrates the reach of the highest point

On January 24, the first topping-out ceremony was held in the office complex Business Garden Vilnius. According to tradition, after the building’s main structure works are done and roof is covered, a wreath was placed on the highest point of the building. Vastint Lithuania representatives expressed their appreciation to the general contractor and all people involved so far for delivering a great work.

Business Garden Vilnius is being built on a 6.2 ha site on Laisvės Avenue, near the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Center (LITEXPO). There will also be extensive recreation areas connected with the nearby Lazdynai forest, outdoor playgrounds, pedestrian and cycling paths, cafes and restaurants on the property.

The first stage of Business Garden Vilnius includes two office buildings with 42,000 m² leasable area and an underground parking garage with 13,000 m². Planned delivery in June 2021. Architect – DO ARCHITECTS, general contractor – MITNIJA.

In total, the office complex will consist of four office buildings and will provide 60,000 m² of office and retail space. The project strives to meet the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification requirements.
