Green light to start building phase two of Business Garden Vilnius

We’re happy to share that we’ve got the green light to start building phase two of „Business Garden Vilnius“. We’ll construct two office buildings and a multi-storey car park in this next step. The construction will start with the installation of the parking lot. Over 1,100 parking spaces will be installed!

Two more office buildings will be built during this phase (10 and 14 thousand. Sq. m.). Expanding on the success of the first phase, we are thrilled to add more varied public spaces to the „Business Garden“. A climbing wall will be installed next to the multi-storey car park. New bicycle and pedestrian paths and new sports fields will be installed to support our goal of a healthy and eco-friendly environment.

The continued growth of our current tenants has led to full occupancy of all properties developed in the initial phase, totalling 42,000 square meters of office and commercial spaces. We are looking forward to creating an even more vibrant and sustainable „Business Garden“ community.
