Vastint Poland signed a lease agreement with Etteplan for 2,000 m2 of office space in Business Garden Wrocław. Marek Ulanecki, Leasing Manager of Vastint Poland is commenting on the execution of the new lease as follows: “Within the space which will be occupied by Etteplan, in addition to convenient work space for the company’s employees, a special research zone will be prepared. Our buildings make it possible to execute such non-standard projects and floor layouts allow the tenants to create space that suit their specific needs. The fact that Etteplan chose the Business Garden just confirms that”.
Maciej Sibiński, Managing Director of Etteplan Poland, says: “The most important criterion when choosing new office space for further development of the company was the possibility of creating professional and modern work stations for our employees, which will be adjusted to different project requirements. The company develops projects for our clients from all over the world, by delivering them solutions in respect of embedded systems, IoT applications and technical documentation as well as production testing systems for. As opposed to other IT companies, we have our own mechanical and electronic workshops, where the state-of-the-art technological solutions for various industry sectors are created. We believe that the new office in the Business Garden comprising research space will allow us to dynamically develop our activity in the local market”.
